My journey to a more sustainable life began with a commitment to a vegetarian diet, influenced by the eye-opening documentary “Food, Inc.” This change led to a healthier lifestyle and significant weight loss. I also embraced home cooking, which became a source of joy and wellness.

I’ve also shifted my mindset around technology, keeping gadgets until they no longer function, and choosing to drive my reliable Toyota Camry for two decades.
